Sebastien Dumont is an experienced leader in strategy, organization, and transformation, currently serving as IMAGINE Leader at IMAGINE since April 2023, a global leadership community for impact. As the Founder and CEO of Business and Values, established in January 2018, Sebastien offers innovative leadership consulting and coaching programs focused on growth, impact, and sustainability. Previously, Sebastien held significant roles such as ExCo member and Director at Piaget, and Director of Strategy at Unilever, following a consulting position at KPMG. Sebastien's academic achievements include an Executive MBA from Stanford University and a Global Executive Coaching Program from HEC Paris, complemented by a civil engineering degree from ESTP, graduated with highest honors.
