Lawrence Morgan

Lawrence Morgan, RN, CCM, currently serves as the Manager of Disease Management at Imagine360 since October 2022. With extensive experience in health management, Lawrence previously held leadership roles at Best Buy Health, Centene Corporation, United Healthcare Military & Veterans, and TriWest Healthcare Alliance, where responsibilities included coaching multidisciplinary teams, managing patient monitoring programs, and improving healthcare quality standards. Lawrence has a proven track record of developing operational procedures, enhancing team performance, and leading quality improvement initiatives, which resulted in significant reductions in unnecessary outreach and improved team engagement scores. Lawrence holds a BS in Accounting from Arizona State University and an AS in Nursing from North Hennepin Community College.
