Tasha Hostetler, SHRM-CP

Tasha Hostetler, SHRM-CP has over 10 years of experience in the Human Resources field. Tasha started their career in 2009 as a Customer Service Associate at Kmart Corporation. In 2010, they worked as a Customer Service at Bed Bath & Beyond. In 2012, they were a Server at Granite City Food and Brewery. In 2014, they were an Human Resources Intern at Beacon Health System. From 2015 to 2017, they were an Accounts Payable at Lippert Components, Inc. and then transitioned to Human Resources Director and Human Resources Generalist at Imagineering Finishing Technologies. In their role as Human Resources Director, they managed and improved a range of tasks, including compensation plans, talent acquisition/development, and workforce planning. Tasha also planned and conducted employee engagement surveys with a keen focus on understanding the level of employee satisfaction and provided valuable guidance to upper management on various aspects of HR operations.

Tasha Hostetler holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Systems Management from Indiana University South Bend, which they obtained in 2014. In 2020, they obtained their SHRM-CP certification from SHRM.
