Vefik Fırat Akman

Vefik Fırat Akman is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in backend development and software engineering. Currently serving as the Lead Backend Engineer at imaginite Studios since January 2023, Vefik is proficient in Spring Boot and has expertise in database management using DynamoDB and MySQL (AWS Aurora). Previously, Vefik contributed as the first Backend Engineer on the Toon Blast project at Peak, optimizing a backend system that supports over 10 million daily users. Vefik's earlier roles include full-stack development at Baykar Technologies, work as an intern at Nics Telekom, and software development at Natro. Vefik holds a degree in Computer Engineering from Gebze Technical University, completed in 2020.
