Shikha Garg has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Shikha started their career as a Summer Intern at Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, where they completed coding for a textbook project. After that, they worked as an Intern at Hind Rectifiers Ltd, focusing on automating the testing process for transformers.

Shikha then transitioned to the software industry, working as a Software Engineer at Nucleus Software. Following that, they interned at Marico Limited, where they developed reporting formats and implemented dashboards for the in-store team.

Shikha then moved into marketing roles, starting as a Campus Ambassador at Lafalafa Cashback & Coupons. Shikha created events and activities to promote the company's services and collected feedback from students.

Shikha then worked at AkzoNobel as a Brand Marketing Manager, where they launched new TV commercials, introduced innovative interior emulsion designs, and increased market share for a premium metallic paint range.

In 2016, alongside their MBA, they also completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Marketing from the University of Szeged. Shikha Garg has obtained additional certifications such as Digital Marketing Foundations from LinkedIn and a Yoga Instructor Certification - Level I from D'Vine Yoga in the year 2022. Shikha also holds a Mobile Marketing Certification from Certified Digital Professional, which they obtained in September 2020.
