Allison Anderson, MAS

Allison Anderson, MAS has worked in the Human Resources field since 2006. Allison began their career at Arena Pharmaceuticals as an Associate Director. In 2017, they moved to Biocom as the Director of Human Resources. In 2018, they held the same role at MEI Pharma and also worked as an Instructor at UC Irvine. In 2020, they became the Sr. Director of Human Resources at Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals. Most recently, in 2022, they were appointed as the Head of People & Talent at Imago BioSciences, Inc.

Allison Anderson, MAS, received their Master's Degree in Health Law & Policy from UC San Diego in 2014. Prior to that, they earned their BA in Economics from Millersville University of Pennsylvania in 1998.
