Alycia Shilton-Lloyd has over 20 years of experience in the medical and pharmaceutical industries. Alycia began their career in 2002 as Chief Scientific Officer at GeneEd, where they were responsible for the strategic planning, implementation, revenue generation and operational oversight. In 2003, they began teaching as Adjunct Faculty at San Francisco State University and also volunteered as a Health Educator at The Women's Community Clinic. In 2009, they joined Gilead Sciences as Executive Director, where they led strategic planning process for Medical Affairs, including global launch planning, US dossier development, and development and integration of patient-centric activities. Alycia then held the role of Senior Director Medical Affairs Operations, and then Director Medical Affairs Operations, where they expanded the operational team to Europe, Middle East, and Asia, and directed logistical support for Medical Affairs advisory boards. In 2010, they were President of the San Francisco Chapter of the Healthcare Business Women's Association. In 2022, they joined Imago BioSciences, Inc. as Vice President Medical Affairs.

Alycia Shilton-Lloyd obtained a BS in Biology from the University of Southern California between 1991 and 1995. Alycia then went on to pursue a Ph.D. in Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology at Yale University, which they completed in 2001.
