Elena Serrano

Elena Serrano is an experienced professional in strategic communication and conflict resolution. Currently serving as a Consejera at BancoEstado since May 2022 and as a Facilitadora en Diálogos de Paz at the Nansen Center for Peace and Dialogue, Elena also has a long-standing role as an International Consultant in Strategic Communication with The World Bank and IMAGO Global Grassroots since August 2008 and February 2015, respectively. Previously, Elena held positions as an Associate Executive Coach at ZE Consultores and as Director of Development at Universidad Alberto Hurtado. Notable earlier roles include Director of Public Affairs at Fundación Imagen de Chile and Manager of External Affairs for the Latin America Region at The World Bank. Elena's educational background includes a degree in Law from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, an Executive Coach certification from Georgetown University, and training as a Facilitadora en Diálogos de Paz from the Nansen Center for Peace and Dialogue.
