Loretta Turner MA, ACC, CNP is an accomplished professional in nonprofit management and leadership with extensive experience in community engagement and development. Currently serving as the Founder of Do Good Leadership Collective and a Community Action Scholar for Equity at the University of San Diego, Loretta also lectures on nonprofit grant writing at the university. As a DEIJ Senior Advisor & Coach for IMAGO Global Grassroots and Principal Consultant for KC Nonprofits, Loretta provides strategic guidance to organizations on fundraising and operational planning. Previous roles include Director of Development at Outdoor Outreach, where Loretta developed comprehensive fundraising strategies, and Director of National Program Operations at Kula for Karma, overseeing therapeutic yoga programs nationwide. Loretta holds a Master of Arts degree in Nonprofit Management and Leadership from the University of San Diego and has a background in psychology with a Bachelor's degree from Ramapo College of New Jersey.

We work around the world with outstanding organizations to enhance their strengths, build their capacity, and scale up their impact in a way that respects their unique context, attributes and evolution. Our vision is to create a market where organizations at the Base of the Pyramid get the support they need to scale up and that in the future there will be many more organizations like IMAGO working across the globe. IMAGO works in 3 ways: 1. Co-creating a strategy to decide on priority areas of focus, while training organizations to develop their in-house capacity. 2. Building the research capacity in organizations to conduct their own research, diagnosis and M&E. 3. Assembling multi-disciplinary teams to address specific challenges that organizations face when scaling up.
