Igor Mladinovic

Igor Mladinovic has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Igor is currently the Director and co-founder of HEARTH thinking&doing, a position they started in November 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Imago, where they held multiple roles including Group Chief Creative Director, Chief Creative Director, and Creative Director from 2012 onwards. In 2019, they were an Author & Owner at ZG Capital of Cravat. In 2014, they were a Co Owner & Chef at La Štruk. Igor also served as the Chief Coordinator at Art Directors Club Croatia from 2009 until 2013. Before that, they had a significant tenure at McCann, starting as a Copywriter in 2004 and eventually becoming the Chief Creative Director. Igor Mladinovic completed their secondary education at Prva gimnazija Zagreb from 1992 to 1996. Igor then pursued a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Naval Architecture Zagreb from 1996 to 2003.
