Nora Regis has a diverse range of work experience spanning different industries and roles. Nora has worked as a Learning Program Manager and Team Lead of Curriculum Development at iManage, where they redesigned training content to be searchable and developed certifications for partner organizations. Prior to that, they worked as a Curriculum Developer at iManage, where they developed a certification program for technical specialists.

At Catalytic, Nora worked as an Automation Workflow Trainer, where they developed and maintained training content based on customer feedback, led customer training sessions, and initiated the implementation of an eLearning program.

Before that, they worked as a Curriculum Developer at iManage and as an Education Services - Product and Employee Trainer at Uptake, where they created and delivered training in various formats and established new curricula based on customer feedback and assessments.

Nora also has experience as a Technology Trainer & Coordinator at The Chicago Bar Association, where they coordinated training and technology support for the Department of Law Practice Management & Technology. Nora has also worked as a Petition Review Coordinator and Bankruptcy Case Manager at Law Solutions, where they managed schedules and trained clients on digital technologies.

Furthermore, Nora has experience as an Executive Assistant at DST Advisors, where they provided administrative support, and as a Litigation Paralegal/Co IT Chair at Hoguet Newman Regal & Kenney, LLP, where they handled multiple cases and provided IT support.

Nora also has internship experience at Glowlab, where they produced events and managed artwork inventory, and at Culture Shock Marketing.

Nora Regis obtained their Master of Library & Information Science (MLIS) degree with a focus on Emerging Technology and Digital Service from San Jose State University. Nora attended the university from 2022 to 2026. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Creative Writing and Women's Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. Nora Regis also holds a High School Diploma from Loyola School, which they received in 2004.

In addition to their formal education, Nora Regis has obtained several certifications. In 2023, they completed the WalkMe Essentials certification from WalkMe™. In 2022, they obtained the Gamification Surveyor Badge from Sententia, Inc, and attended the TICE Virtual Strategic Planning Workshop offered by Training Industry, Inc. Furthermore, in 2020, Nora Regis completed the IDOL Movie Magic: Professional Vyond Animations certification from IDOL courses. Lastly, in 2016, they obtained the Camtasia 8 for eLearning certification from Ledet Training.
