Sarah Duffy

Sarah Duffy has a diverse work experience. Sarah started their career as a Digital Banking Advisor at Santander UK Corporate & Commercial in 2014, where they focused on delivering high-quality customer service and solving customer issues over the phone. Sarah then worked as a Quality Assurance Analyst at Allstate Northern Ireland from 2016 to 2017. Following that, they joined Texthelp as a QA Engineer in 2017 and worked until 2020. Currently, they are working as a Software Engineer In Test at iManage, starting in 2020.

Sarah Duffy has a strong educational background in the field of technology and business. Sarah completed their Master's degree in Software Development from Queen's University Belfast in 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems from Northumbria University, where they studied from 2011 to 2014. Starting in 2004, Sarah attended Assumption Grammar School for their high school education. Sarah also possesses an additional certification in Foundation Level ISTQB Testing, obtained from the SQS Group.
