Tracy Shear

Tracy Shear has a diverse work experience. Tracy started their career in 2004 as the Director of Kids' Programs at CAVE, where they managed volunteer programs and developed strategies to meet goals. Tracy then worked as a Senior Staff Advisor at CSU, Chico Summer Orientation Programs, where they advised and acclimated new students and their parents. Tracy also worked at CAEL, where they held various roles including Communications and Social Media Specialist, Executive Assistant, and Conference/Membership Intern. Their responsibilities included managing company communications, facilitating trainings and sales meetings, and coordinating scheduling and travel arrangements for the President. Tracy also worked as a Freelance Social Media & Branding Consultant, where they designed a retail company's blog, managed social media outlets, and endorsed new products. Currently, Tracy is the Director of Internal Communications & Culture at iMarket Solutions, where they oversee internal communications and contributes to the company's culture.

Tracy Shear earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from California State University, Chico in 2007. Tracy then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Public Relations and Advertising at DePaul University from 2007 to 2009.
