Sridhar Nagarajachar is an Executive Director and CEO of Online business at Imarticus Learning.Sridhar is passionate about setting up and scaling learning companies with a vision to enable millions of people to achieve their aspirations through education. He believes affordable, equitable and quality learning can be delivered at scale through learner and learning centric digital experiences, ecosystem partnerships and business model innovation. He is adept at orchestrating profitable growth for individual and Group portfolio businesses in both domestic and multi-national contexts.He has worked globally across the UK, the US and France geographies. While he started his career in financial services at Goldman Sachs, he transitioned into a strategy consulting career at Capgemini where he served clients across multiple sectors including central government education department, airports, energy utilities, consumer retail and outsourcing.After returning back to India he has been deeply involved in the education sector and has held various strategic and leadership positions within learning entities of Indian Group companies including Manipal Global, Pearson and Times. Most recently, he was the CEO of the online learning brand of SRM Group.He is a prolific scholar with an MBA from FMS Delhi and Bachelors in Computer Engineering from NIT Surathkal.
