Ana Teixeira has over 25 years of experience in marketing and promotions. Ana began their career as an Advertising, Promotions/Publicity Assistant at Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. in 1995. From 1996 to 1998, they worked as an Associate Marketing Manager, Customer Promotions at CTV Television Network Ltd. Ana then joined Cineplex Entertainment in 1998, where they worked as a Marketing Manager and later as a Director of Marketing. During their time at Cineplex, they managed a marketing budget of over $1 million and led the successful launch of Cineplex Queensway Cinemas in Toronto. In 2002, Ana Teixeira joined IMAX as a Director of Marketing - Theatre Operations, where they formulated strategic marketing initiatives and introduced a research program to measure guest reaction and pricing resistance. Ana later became the Director of Marketing - Affiliate Services at IMAX from 2006 to 2009, and then transitioned into the role of Director of Theatre Marketing, where they provided marketing consulting and brand support to IMAX theatre clients in domestic and international markets. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated a proven ability to create brand-building marketing programs and increase revenue.
Ana Teixeira attended Ryerson University from 1984 to 1989, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Management degree with a major in Marketing.
