Anca Stoiciu

Anca Stoiciu, CHRL, is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as Senior Manager, People Business Partnerships at IMAX since 2023, Anca previously held key positions at the Natural Resources Defense Council as Interim HR Director and Senior Human Resources Partner from 2018 to 2022. Anca's prior experience includes roles at Dyson as Regional Talent Development Lead and Human Resources Director & Business Partner for Canada, where significant growth and development initiatives were implemented. Anca’s career also features positions at Export Development Canada, LoyaltyOne, and PwC, showcasing a strong foundation in HR strategy, talent management, and organizational transformation. Anca holds a CHRL degree and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Public Relations from the University of Bucharest.
