Emily McGuiness

Emily McGuiness is a seasoned professional in creative operations and post production, currently serving as the Creative Operations Manager at IMAX since September 2023. Previously, Emily held the position of Senior Director of Post Production at Lemonlight, where a team of over 60 was managed, completing more than 7,000 projects and achieving a 110% year-over-year growth. Emily's extensive experience includes roles such as Post Production Supervisor at Westbrook, where management of deliveries for major platforms like National Geographic and Peacock occurred, and Post Supervisor at Activision Blizzard, contributing to an Emmy Nominated live broadcast. Additional expertise includes improving business operations through a cloud server at VETTv and developing workflow standards at Brud. With earlier positions at FBE and Donut Media, Emily has demonstrated exceptional organizational skills and project tracking capabilities. Emily earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Sequential Art from Savannah College of Art and Design.
