Eric A. Demirian

Eric Demirian, BBM, CPA, has extensive experience in leadership and governance roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Board Member at Calian Group Ltd since April 2025, Demirian is also the President of Parklea Capital Inc. since September 2003. Additional positions include Chair of the Board of Directors at Descartes Systems Group since May 2011, and a Member of the Board of Directors at Imax Corporation and Enghouse Systems Ltd. since September 2010 and March 2004 respectively. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Vice President at Group Telecom from January 2000 to February 2003, and as Partner and Industry Practice Head at PricewaterhouseCoopers from May 1983 to January 2000. Demirian earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Toronto Metropolitan University in September 1983.
