Tom Mugarra is an experienced Management Information Systems Manager with a solid background in the banking industry. They hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Banking & Finance and Advanced Accountancy from Barkatullah Vishwavidyalaya University, Bhopal, India. Tom has worked in various roles, including as a Data Scientist at Stanbic Bank and is currently the Manager of Strategy and Business Analytics at I&M Bank Uganda. They possess strong analytical skills and are certified in Data Science, with expertise in machine learning algorithms and data management techniques.
