Nicole Wollak is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in insights and innovation within the food and consumer goods industry. Currently serving as Senior Manager at Imbibe since June 2021, Nicole has previously held roles such as Sensory and Consumer Insights Manager and Sensory Scientist. Prior experience includes a position as Consumer Insights Manager at The Kraft Heinz Company, where strategic insights were developed for portfolio growth. At Mars, Nicole led the creation of the strategic R&D agenda for the Americas. With a tenure at Wrigley spanning from 2009 to 2017, Nicole progressed from intern to Principal Product Development Scientist, contributing to product development and sensory research across multiple regions. Nicole holds a Master's Degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from Northwestern University and a Bachelor's Degree in Food Science from Michigan State University.
