IMC SA, formerly Industrial Milk Company SA, is an integrated agricultural business operating company in northern and central Ukraine. The Company's business is comprised of two main segments of industry, such as Crop farming and Dairy farming. In addition, the Company is involved in crop storage, processing and trading. The Company's crop framing segment focuses on cultivation of such crops as corn, sunflower, wheat, soybeans and potatoes. Its dairy farming segment is dedicated to milk production. The Company uses its own warehousing chain, which fully meets the Company's storage needs. The Company's activities are carried out in the Poltava, Sumy and Chernihiv Regions of Ukraine.
