Asier García Ruiz

Asier García Ruiz is a Graduate Software Developer at IMC Trading since August 2023. Previously, Asier served as a Teacher Assistant for Multivariable Calculus and Differential Equations at the Georgia Institute of Technology from August 2022 to May 2023. Asier's experience includes a role as a Quantitative Development Intern at Akuna Capital in summer 2022 and as a Teacher Assistant for Differential Calculus while also taking on the role of Networking Lead within the university’s technology department. In summer 2021, Asier worked as an IT Infrastructure Intern at Akuna Capital, where automation efforts significantly reduced data update times. Earlier experience includes a Software Engineering Internship at Scaled Robotics in summer 2019, focusing on digitizing construction processes. Asier obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from Georgia Institute of Technology and completed the International Baccalaureate at the American School of Barcelona.
