Bruno Pessanha has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of systems engineering and analysis. Bruno started their career in 2001 as a Geology Well Drilling Software Specialist at Spassu Informática. From 2002, they worked as a Subject Matter Expert associated with the Linux Professional Institute, where they participated in exam development workshops. Bruno also served as an Author and Technical Reviewer for several books, including the "Linux Professional Institute in a Nutshell" by O'Reilly publisher.
In 2004, Bruno joined Sun Microsystems as a Unix System Analyst and continued to work in this role until 2008. Bruno then moved to Easynet as a Senior Unix System Engineer before joining IMC Trading as a Unix System Engineer in 2010.
Bruno's work experience also includes roles at CTIS and Columbia Integração - OFICIAL, where they served as a Unix System Analyst and Storage Analyst, respectively.
In 2017, Bruno returned to IMC Trading, initially as a System Engineer and later promoted to the role of Systems Engineering Team Lead in April 2020.
Bruno Pessanha completed their Master's Degree in Computer Systems Analysis from the Universidade Federal Fluminense between 2016 and 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a degree as an Information Systems Technologist from CEFET Centro Federal de Educação Tecnológica Campos - Rio de Janeiro from 2001 to 2006.
In addition to their formal education, Bruno has obtained various certifications in the field of technology. Bruno has completed a course in Learning Soldering for Electronics from LinkedIn in September 2021.
