Heleen Hillen

Heleen Hillen has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as the Graduate Recruitment Lead at IMC Trading, where they oversee the recruitment of graduates. Prior to this, they worked as a Graduate Recruiter at the same company, where they were responsible for attracting and selecting talent. Previously, they worked as a Recruitment Consultant at SIRE | Life Sciences™, where they focused on placing professionals in the life sciences industry. Before that, they gained experience as a Graduate intern at Accenture the Netherlands. Heleen also has a background in volunteer work, having served as a Coordinator/Volunteer Fundraising Committee for the UNICEF student team of Amsterdam. Additionally, they worked as a Recruiter at Talent Search - Haarlem. Overall, Heleen has a strong background in recruitment and talent acquisition, both in the corporate and non-profit sectors.

Heleen Hillen's education history begins in 2005 when they attended Uplands, The International School of Penang, for their secondary education. In 2006, they transferred to the German European School Singapore for year 9 of secondary school. After that, from 2007 to 2011, they attended Bisschoppelijk College Broekhin, where they completed their Pre-University Secondary Education (VWO).

In 2012, Heleen enrolled in Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) to pursue a bachelor's degree in Cultural Anthropology and Development Sociology, which they completed in 2016. During their time there, they also pursued a minor in Organizational Culture from 2014 to 2015.

After completing their bachelor's degree, Heleen continued their education at VU Amsterdam, this time for a Master's degree in Culture, Organization, and Management (MSc) from 2016 to 2017.

In addition to their academic achievements, Heleen acquired a certification in International Baccalaureate English Higher Level A2 from The International Baccalaureate in July 2011.
