Joseph Diaz

Joseph Diaz is an experienced Infrastructure Engineer currently employed at IMC Trading since October 2019, where responsibilities include managing remote data centers across the APAC region, coordinating projects with various teams, and providing data center administration and troubleshooting. Prior to this role, Joseph served as the Data Center Operations Team Lead at Rackspace from September 2001 to March 2019, overseeing the work of up to 25 technicians, managing server planning and deployments, and addressing technical inquiries while contributing to the development of global data center policies.
