Joseph Finn

Joseph Finn is a Graduate Hardware Engineer at IMC Trading since August 2022, with prior experience as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Carnegie Mellon University from August 2018 to May 2022, where responsibilities included teaching advanced concepts in computer architecture and guiding students in practical programming skills. Joseph also gained valuable industry experience as a Performance Modeling Intern at Arm and as a Hardware Engineer Intern at IMC Trading, as well as a Research Assistant at Brookhaven National Laboratory, focusing on signal processing techniques related to contagion processes. Notably, Joseph contributed to research presented at the International Conference on Complex Systems 2018. Joseph holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, completed in May 2022, and an Advanced Regents Diploma from Patchogue Medford High School in 2017.
