Karen Chen

Karen Chen is a quantitative trader at IMC Trading since January 2020, having previously interned in the same role. Chen is also involved with the Harvard Financial Analysts Club as a quantitative analyst, having served as a senior investment research analyst. Additionally, Chen has held leadership positions in the Women Engineers Code (WECode) Conference, including director of programming and director of public relations, where responsibilities included organizing over 60 events and managing outreach to educational institutions and sponsors. Prior experience includes working as a columnist for English Salon Magazine, a real estate private credit intern at Arena Investors, LP, and participating in various programs at prestigious institutions such as Goldman Sachs and Citi. Chen earned a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Mathematics with a Statistics minor from Harvard University.
