Martijn Danse

Martijn Danse has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry. Martijn started their career at Lucent Technologies as a software developer, where they worked on key projects and eventually became a team lead. Martijn then joined Rogan Delft as a Manager of Software Engineering, where they designed and developed a picture archiving and communication system that was sold to leading hospitals in Europe and China. After that, they worked at SPSS as a Product Development Manager, responsible for the development and maintenance of predictive applications. Martijn set up a global team to improve the architecture of SPSS products. In 2006, Martijn joined IMC Financial Markets as a Software Development Manager, where they grew the development team and introduced Agile methodologies. Martijn is currently the Head of Technology Asia Pacific at IMC, overseeing the electronic exchange trading platform and managing the Asia Pacific Business Unit. Martijn is passionate about building capability and driving innovation.

Martijn Danse pursued their education from 1990 to 1996 at Delft University of Technology. During this period, they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Electrical Engineering.
