Morten Sommervoll

Morten Sommervoll has extensive experience in software development and leadership within the financial technology sector, primarily with IMC - Financial Markets since February 2008. Notable roles include Project Lead for the Global Execution Platform, where Morten undertook a major transformation project, as well as Global Technical Lead after IMC's acquisition of Valescom, overseeing global product management and development. Early in the career at IMC, Morten also served as Software Development Lead, emphasizing local development in Chicago, and as a Rapid Application/Core Developer, becoming a key contributor to execution development. Before IMC, Morten worked as a Software Developer at Quantitative Risk Management, focusing on enterprise risk software.
