Eric Rigel

Eric Rigel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the specialty chemical industry and venture capital. Currently serving as Principal Manager at IMCD Group since July 2022, Eric oversees supplier strategies for Oil and Gas and Industrial Business Units, managing an annual revenue of approximately $100 million and driving growth in construction and oil & gas markets. Additionally, as a Founding Member of the Sweater Cashmere Fund, Eric contributes to the management of a venture capital fund focused on long-term capital appreciation. Eric's previous roles include Sales & Market Manager at Arkema, where responsibilities included P&L oversight and leading significant business transactions, and a financial analyst position at Ingevity that involved managing extensive revenue forecasting. Eric holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biochemistry from Virginia Tech and an MBA in Finance from The Citadel.
