Michal Bondy

Michal Bondy has extensive experience in human resources, serving in senior leadership roles across prominent organizations. Currently, Michal is the VP of HR at Imco Industries Ltd., a position held since April 2023. Previous roles include Head of Human Resources at M. Firon & Co. from January 2021 to March 2023, and VP of HR at Electra from 2016 to 2018. Michal's background also includes significant experience as Director of HR Division at Pelephone from 2007 to 2016, and leadership positions in various companies such as the Israel Postal Company, Champion Motors, Tnuva Diary Complex, and Strauss Group Inc. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Psychology from Bar-Ilan University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Sociology from Tel Aviv University.
