Jake Lester currently serves as an Assistant Project Manager at IMCO Construction, beginning in March 2023. Prior experience includes a variety of roles at Kiewit from July 2017 to November 2022, including Superintendent for the Gemini Solar project, Engineer on the trans Canada Pipeline, Logistics Manager overseeing a 5000-piece fleet, Energy Region Equipment Engineer, and Field Engineer on the Sound Transit E130 project. Internships at Kiewit and OEG provided foundational experience in engineering and project management. Jake Lester holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering and Management from Oregon State University and is pursuing an MBA in Management and Leadership from Missouri University of Science and Technology, expected to complete in April 2024.
