Kelley Delaney-Scott, SHRM-SCP, has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Kelley is currently working as the Human Resources Director for IMCORP since April 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Consultant for DeLisaGroup starting in May 2020.

In their role as State Office Manager, Kelley was responsible for providing generalist support to up to 230 employees. Kelley successfully reduced the time to fill for high turnover recruiting from 45 days to 22 days and implemented a per diem packet that resulted in a 23% reduction in turnover for that position. Kelley also served as the training committee co-chair, where they streamlined the training process and aligned it with the progressive discipline policy. Additionally, they acted as the KRONOS Implementation State Lead, facilitating the implementation of a new payroll system in the state of CT and training 200 employees.

Kelley Delaney-Scott, SHRM-SCP, has a strong educational background in business administration, management, and human resources. They began their education at Eastern Connecticut State University, where they pursued a degree in Business Administration and Management in a general field of study.

Afterwards, Kelley continued their education at Southern New Hampshire University, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on HR Management. They further expanded their knowledge and skills by earning two Master's Degrees from the same institution. The first Master's Degree was in Organizational Leadership, while the second was in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.

In addition to their academic achievements, Kelley Delaney-Scott has obtained the certification of SHRM-SCP from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in February 2018. This certification demonstrates their expertise in HR management and serves as a testament to their commitment to professional development in the field.
