Zohra Dumans has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Zohra started their career at Astra Zeneca as a Market Manager in 1991 and then moved on to work as an International Product Manager at Sanofi-Synthelabo in 2002. From 2003 to 2008, they served as a Learning & Development Senior Consultant and was the Head of the Customer Focus Practice at StratX ExL. Zohra also worked as a Consultant at the International Trade Center ITC from May 2009 to December 2009.

Zohra's clients at INEXIUM included Santander, Pfizer, MSD, Thales, Sara Lee, Randstad, and Sulzer.

Zohra'smost recent position was at IMD Business School, where they started in August 2018 as the Director - client and market development for Belgium, France, and Luxembourg. In this role, Zohra was responsible for promoting IMD's portfolio of innovations and thought leadership in the market. Zohra led and orchestrated the go-to-market strategy for the region and represented IMD among key stakeholders on the c-suite level. Additionally, they engaged with clients to address their strategy acceleration and transformation challenges.

Zohra Dumans has a diverse education history. Zohra obtained a PhD in an unspecified field of study from Paris-Sud University (Paris XI) in an unknown year. In 1999, they completed their Masters in Management from ESCP Business School. Later, in 2015, they participated in an Executive Development Program focused on Powering Growth at INSEAD. Currently, they are pursuing an Executive Development degree in Transformational Leadership from IMD, with an expected completion year of 2024.
