Jecki Elbaz

Jecki Elbaz has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Starting in 2000, they worked at Comverse Technology, Inc. in various roles that involved product support, installation, integration, and technical support for customers worldwide. In 2007, they joined InfoGin as the Global Support Group Manager, where they established and managed support and NOC teams, as well as managed the company's servers farms worldwide. In 2014, they worked as a Manager at Wix.com before moving to EarlySense in 2015. At EarlySense, they held the positions of Director of Technical Services and later Senior Director of Customer Success & Technical Services, focusing on managing customer success, technical services, distributors, and direct customers worldwide. In 2021, Jecki Elbaz joined Applied Spectral Imaging (ASI) as the Global Customer Support Manager and is currently working at iMDsoft as the Director of Customer Support & Services.

Jecki Elbaz obtained a practical engineer degree in Computer Science from "HANDESAIM" School at Tel Aviv University from 1997 to 1999. Later, from 2013 to 2016, Jecki pursued a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, Marketing from the College for Academic Studies.
