Recheli Shaked - Mildworth

Recheli Shaked-Mildworth has a comprehensive work experience in various leadership roles in prestigious companies. Recheli started their career in 2000 at SAP, where they served as the Manager of Engineering Services and later as the Operations Manager in the Office of the General Manager. In 2005, they became the Chief Operating Officer of Small Business Solutions at SAP.

In 2008, Recheli joined Discount Bank as the Head of Planning and Control in the Technologies Division, where they remained until 2011.

In 2012, they joined NCR Corporation as the Senior Director of Business Operations and PS Solution Management. Later, they took on the role of Head of 'Retalix 10' Global Delivery.

Most recently, Recheli has been working at iMDsoft since 2016. Recheli initially served as the VP of Professional Services and subsequently was promoted to the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

Recheli Shaked - Mildworth has a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, which was obtained from 1995 to 1998. Recheli then pursued a degree in Software Engineering from Sela - College for Advanced Computer Studies from 1999 to 2001. In 2013, they completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at Bar-Ilan University. Currently, from 2021 to 2023, Recheli is enrolled in The Program in Organizational Consultation & Development: A Psychoanalytic-Systemic Approach, aiming to become an organizational consultant with a systemic psychoanalytical approach.
