Amy Clary

Amy Clary is an experienced management professional with a strong background in operations, quality, and human resources within the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as Regional Manager at the Illinois Manufacturing Excellence Center since January 2014, Amy has previously held significant roles including VP of Operations in the Personal Care Division at Rexam, where responsibility encompassed a $172 million P&L and oversight of seven manufacturing sites. Other notable positions include VP of Quality and Human Resources for Rexam Beverage Can, where leadership extended to a division generating $2 billion in sales, and Director of Process Engineering for Rexam's North American Can Operation. Amy began the career as a Plant Manager at Tootsie Toys, managing a $20 million facility, and also gained early experience as a Process Engineer and Team Leader at Rockwell International. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Clemson University.
