David Musgrave

David Musgrave, PMP MBA, is an experienced professional currently serving as Regional Manager at the Illinois Manufacturing Excellence Center (IMEC) since June 2020, focusing on enhancing competitiveness for small to mid-sized manufacturers in Illinois. Musgrave also holds a position as Visiting Assistant Professor at Southern Illinois University Carbondale, teaching advanced courses in Operations, International Business, Project Management, and Career Development since January 2009. Previous roles include Executive Director of Global Production and Procurement and Director of Global Operations at Magnetrol International Incorporated, where strategic and tactical operational plans were implemented across multiple countries. Musgrave's extensive experience includes senior roles at Hillshire Brands, Electro Motive Diesel, Knowles Electronics, Motorola, and the US Department of the Navy, complemented by an MBA from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and advanced degrees from DePaul University and Southern Illinois University.
