Mike Waight

Mike Waight has over 25 years of experience in managerial and engineering roles. Currently serving as Regional Manager at IMEC Illinois since 1998, Mike Waight oversees client engagement, project sales, and customer relationship management. Prior to this, Mike Waight was Engineering Manager at Midcon Cables, where management of product engineers and technicians took place in the military and aerospace wire harness sector. Additionally, Mike Waight held the position of Director of QA at TransTechnology Electronics, leading a team responsible for quality assurance. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Bradley University (2000-2002) and a BS in Industrial Technology from Western Illinois University (1982-1984).
