Chinmay Dimri

Chinmay Dimri is an accomplished researcher with a strong background in electronics and nanotechnology. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from SRM University, where Chinmay was a gold medallist, and a Master's degree in Nanoscience, Nanotechnology, and Nanoengineering from KU Leuven, where Chinmay graduated magna cum laude. Currently pursuing a PhD in Engineering Science at KU Leuven, Chinmay has gained significant experience as a Master Thesis Student at imec, focusing on the reliability and variability analysis of 28nm bulk CMOS devices. Previous roles include a Doctoral Researcher position exploring transistor operation limits for low-power quantum computing applications, and involvement in various projects during internships and research positions, including device modeling, neuromorphic hardware design, and functional testing in academic settings.
