Ewout Martens

Ewout Martens is the Scientific Director at imec, where they lead research in analog and RF design. They have a background as a Principal Member of Technical Staff and have previously worked as a researcher focusing on wireless applications, data converters, and image sensors. Prior to imec, Ewout served as Chief Scientist at Mephisto Design Automation, developing CAD for analog design automation, and conducted research at KU Leuven in electronic design automation for analog integrated systems. Ewout holds both a Bachelor and Master of Science in Electrical Engineering, Micro-Electronics, and a PhD in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, all from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, graduating with top honors.
