Paula Giannetti

Paula Giannetti is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and education. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Grupo Unipar and as a professor in the MBA program at FGV Brazil, Paula has held significant roles such as Executive Director of HR & Communications at Grupo Travelex Confidence and Global People Director at Votorantim Cimentos. Additionally, Paula occupies advisory positions at Imed Group Brasil and previously at ben.up. With a robust academic background including a postgraduate degree in Strategic Change Management from Northwestern University, an MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral, and a degree in Psychology from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, Paula has established a strong foundation in both governance and human resource management.
