Carlos Cogo

Carlos Cogo serves as a member of the Interministerial Management Committee for the National Program for the Conversion of Degraded Pastures into Sustainable Agricultural and Forest Production Systems at the Ministry of Agriculture since January 2024. As the co-owner and consulting director of Cogo Inteligência em Agronegócio since January 1991, Carlos has also contributed as a columnist and commentator for Canal Rural Produções since August 2020 and was previously involved with Canal do Criador until February 2022. Additionally, Carlos holds positions as a guest professor at both Fundação Dom Cabral and Atitus Educação since June 2019 and January 2020, respectively. Earlier in career, Carlos worked as a Regional Operations Technician at CONAB from 1984 to 1990. Carlos holds a postgraduate degree in Agribusiness with a specialization in Market Analysis from the Federal University of Paraná and has further education from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul.
