Charles Mobley

Charles Mobley is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as a Senior Project Engineer II at IMEG Corp since August 2018, Charles has a solid background that includes founding and leading CEM Engineering, LLC as President/Owner from August 2017 to August 2018, and co-owning Gateway DCS earlier in 2017. Charles holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia, obtained between 1991 and 1995, and has completed pre-engineering studies at Lindenwood University from 1989 to 1991.
