Mary Essman

Mary Essman is an associate principal and IMEG’s Director of Human Resources, joining IMEG in 2018. She oversees the firm’s HR function, helping develop and implement programs that contribute to IMEG’s vision.

Mary obtained her bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Human Resources from Iowa State University. She holds her PHR as well as her SHRM-CP and is a Certified Korn Ferry Assessment of Leadership Potential Coach and a Certified 360 Coach. Mary has over 20 years of experience and has served on the board for several area non-profits and is a prior recipient of the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) Patriot Award.
