Danielle Moneyham

Danielle Moneyham has a varied work experience in the education and non-profit sectors. Danielle currently holds the role of National Director of Recruitment Operations for iMentor. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Managing Director of Mentor Recruitment and Development and Director of Mentor Relations and Recruitment at LINK Unlimited Scholars. Danielle also worked at Civitas Education Partners as the Director of Employee Engagement and Human Capital Manager. Earlier in their career, they held positions at Young Women's Leadership Charter School of Chicago, Relay Graduate School of Education, Year Up, Chicago Public Schools, Saint Xavier University, Universal Family Connection, and Regional CARE Association. Danielle has experience in recruitment, employee engagement, human resources, mentoring, operations management, and program development.

Danielle Moneyham pursued their education in a diligent and focused manner, starting with their Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Danielle attended the university from 2003 to 2007, showing their commitment to furthering their knowledge and understanding of human behavior and mental processes.

After completing their undergraduate studies, Danielle went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Saint Xavier University. This program, which they joined from 2009 to 2011, allowed their to expand their understanding of business administration and management.
