Keti Banasiak

Keti Banasiak is the Associate Director of Program Content & Curriculum at iMentor. Keti crafts and manages the curriculum across iMentor regions, delivers program trainings for staff, oversees regional curriculum managers, and ensures alignment with programmatic goals. Keti also conducts stakeholder interviews, manages content transfer onto online platforms, and ensures regional compliance. Prior to their current role, Keti held positions as a Supervising Program Manager, Senior Program Manager, and Program Manager, where Keti provided support to mentor/mentee pairs, facilitated staff trainings, and coached program managers. Keti also has experience as an Italian Teacher at New Haven Public Schools and as a Spanish Student Teacher at Hadley Public Schools. Keti holds a Bachelor's degree in Spanish & Italian Language and Literature from Smith College and is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Instructional Design at Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania.
