Taylor Lewis has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Taylor began their career as a Staff Writer at Jayplay Magazine in 2011 and went on to work as a Student Journalist at The New York Times Student Journalism Institute. In 2012, they interned as an ASME Editorial Intern at Essence Magazine and also served as a Copy Chief at The University Daily Kansan, where they supervised copy editors, managed the website, and handled printing. Taylor then worked as an Assistant to the General Counsel at The New Yorker before joining Essence Magazine as an Assistant Editor and Editorial Assistant. In 2013, they became a Collegiate Correspondent at USA TODAY. Taylor later joined iMentor in 2016 as a Seasonal Volunteer Screening Coordinator and returned in 2019 as a Program Manager in College Success. Taylor then advanced to become the Senior Volunteer Recruitment Manager and is currently serving as the Associate Director of Corporate Recruitment Partnerships at iMentor.
