Nina Dragsbæk

Nina Dragsbæk is currently the HR Chef at Imerco. Nina has previous experience working as the HR Chef at Babysam and as a Personalechef/HR Chef at Dansk Supermarked. Nina is responsible for overall employee management, developing and enforcing budgeting, coaching and mentoring employees, as well as managing recruitment and development programs. Nina also has experience teaching both in-house and externally, and is experienced in conducting various types of HR assessments. Nina is also responsible for compliance with all HR policies and procedures.

Nina Dragsbæk has a background in leadership development programs for women in Danish supermarkets, and has also completed a management training program at Copenhagen Business School. Nina has worked their way up through the ranks of McDonald's, starting as a trainee and eventually becoming a restaurant manager. Nina also has a high level of education, having completed a math-focused program at Greve Gymnasium, as well as receiving certifications in Cubiks, PI, and DiSC.
