Dave Gould

Dave Gould is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in the industry. Currently serving as a Senior Associate Broker at @properties since January 2008, Dave specializes in facilitating negotiations between buyers and sellers, ensuring client satisfaction throughout property transactions. In addition to this role, Dave has been a Mentor Angel for Imerman Angels since June 2008. Previously, Dave worked as a Realtor at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, where in-depth market research contributed to effective client engagement and listing solicitation. Earlier in their career, Dave held positions in sales accounting at Everen Securities and in accounting at Griifin, Kubik, Stephens & Thompson. Dave holds a degree from DePaul University and is an alumnus of Oak Park River Forest High School.
